Positive: It was at a prime location and had a supermarket at walkable distance. It was clean and had all required properties.

Negative: Only mixer(. Juicer )was missing in the kitchen. That's a minor one.

Positive: First of all, the location is right in the heart of Almaty — with markets, restaurants, and everything you might need just steps away. The apartment has everything a home should have, and you can enter instantly using a code. It’s very easy to reach the host, Zinat — she responds immediately. I would love to stay here again when I return to Almaty. Thank you for everything.

Positive: A Perfect Stay 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The kitchen is a dream— beautifully designed and fully equipped with all the appliances you could ask for. Cooking here was a joy! The host was exceptional: welcoming,and always ready to help with anything we need. The space was spotless, stylish and thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like home away from home. I give this place a solid 10 out of 10, and I’ll definitely be coming back to book the same spot again. Highly recommended!!

Positive: I come to Almaty quite a lot for business and usually stay in Novotel or Atakent. This was my first time renting an apartment and it will be my go to option from now on. For half the money I would spend in a hotel I basically got the same value here. The apartment was charming. The place inside was brand new, the bathroom was clean and modern, wifi was good, A/C worked well, TV was great for local channels or Netflix. I considered staying in a new development but those usually have a problem with overcrowding, thin walls and less than reputable people renting the apartments. This one on the other hand was in an older soviet era building but I was told those are considered better quality. Sound isolation was top notch and most neighbors were families with kids. The yard outside had a playing area and plenty of space for parking. Another benefit to this place was the kitchen which came with all the necessary appliances and even spices. Conveniently one of the largest malls in Almaty, Mega Park is right across the street. I would buy groceries there and cook in the kitchen. Most importantly, the host lady Zinat was extremely kind and attentive. It was a better service than I received at most hotels. Check in was quick, I was sent a 10 digit key code and didn’t have to interact with anyone when checking in. Zinat has told me that she also has several other of her properties listed on booking and I will be sure to check some of them out next time I’m in Almaty. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Negative: For longer stays I wish that cleaning would be provided. But, I was also told that I can request a cleaning service for an additional payment directly from the host. I will be sure to do that next time when I stay for longer.

Positive: The host really made the stay exceptional. She was very nice and attentive, probably one of the best experiences I had with a host ever staying with booking or airbnb. I requested that a cleaning service on the second day and it was provided. The apartment itself inside is brand new. TV worked well. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. All other amenities were provided as listed.

Negative: Honestly, there really wasn't anything. Will definetely consider stauing here again.
